![]() ![]() In the very climax of the game is where the whole thing fell apart for me, and I found myself hating the plot. The cliches became so obvious and shameless that I actually shook my head at them. But towards the end the bad writing seemed to take direct control of the plot. But I was able to overlook scenes like this, usually because they lead to far better plot threads. Some parts seemed incredibly poorly written, such as Zeratul mysteriously appearing, handing you a McGuffin, and then vanishing again instantly. ![]() Throughout the game I had been enjoying the story for the most part. I just finished Starcraft 2 and I have to say, I am disappointed with the ending. I don't think it's necessary for me to say this, but better safe than sorry. The gameplay was great and, despite what I'm about to say, some parts of the story were very good. So before I say anything, I want to make it clear that I don't hate Blizzard and was not aiming to hate Starcraft 2 from the start. ![]()
